Why is this site here?
I want to learn. Flat out. This is my version of the Slashdot effect. I am a technophile. (Not pedo Jim! Even though I have a bookmark to a site that might prove otherwise) Plus I wanted a place to copy the content of my favorite web sites. I also hate how people just forward e-mail humor. Make an effort and do something better. I used to send out e-mails of links where I took the opportunity to rag on and poke fun at myself and my friends. The problem was some of the retorts were hillarious but couldn't be easily shared.

Now I just have to get them to use my site. Build a micro comminity. ...a following. ...a cult!

Why isn't it open to the public?
Because, I only want the people I know to use this site. I am a big pain in the ass as it is. This way I can make it so the whole world knows. Actually its not very secure.

How do I post?
First get a username. Email me for that. Then just login, click the submit link in the navigate box and post to your hearts content.

Can people you don't know get an account?
Why yes. This process is very similar to being made in the mafia . Have them send me an e-mail telling me who they know. (I live in South Carolina. Here it's more about who you know than what you know.) Then I'll check it out and create an account if it's cool. Then they have to make a gesture. Show that they are part of the "family." I also want to create a six degrees of odd chart. A "family tree" of users. Their first post has to be a rag on the person or persons they know. It doesn't have to be mean, it just has to be. After that they are free to do what they want or they are deleted. There it is. Evil, easy, odd. Err, easily odd.

How do I send a link to a post on your site to a friend?
First, thanks for spreading the odd around. Now, go to the comments page and cut-and-paste the url into your e-mail. I can't do much better than that. This site is suposed to be volitile and fluid. I can only guarentee that the comments page will always be there.
